I don't know about those happy songs but there are some really good ones on the sad list. It must be true that painful experiences produce the best "art".

Connie, yep, that's a wonderful song. Have a great day.

Morgan, Moondance is also a great song. Welcome to my blog. Thanks for visiting.

Jay Are, I think the people in Canberra are pretty weird ... don't know that I would've picked all those songs. Can think of plenty others for the happy list.

Susie, I don't know all of those songs either, probably around 75% of them. The people in Canberra are mostly politicians and public servants ... what does that tell you ??? Maybe they listen to different music than we do !!

Have a great day all.

Take care,
Meow

This is going to make someone laugh, but honestly I used to cry every time I heard "Ground control to major Tom".
Its the bit where it goes, "Tell my wife I love her so-oo-oh... She's know - oh-oo-ohs!"

Happy song? "Cows with guns" and "The homecoming queen's got a gun". What a funny coincidence, weapons make me laugh??!

Michelle, I thought when I posted that list that it would make for some interesting comments !!!! Don't know who they surveyed, but there are truly some weird songs on that list.

Justine, you are a dag !!!

Hey, fellow Aussies, isn't it weird being in a different time zone to most of the others who we blog with !?!? We can chat during the day, whereas they are chatting whilst we are asleep. I find that so strange .... :-)

Have a great Friday,
Meow
