The very least you can do in your life is to figure out what you hope for. And the most you can do is live inside that hope. Not admire it from a distance but live right in it, under its roof.

I think that photo is proof of the long-necked lochness monster. Ok, there's no head... the headless lochness monster.

Looking at the photo makes me imagine myself sitting on one of those tree trunks, smoking my cigarette, gazing at the blue sky and feeling the quiet and peacefulness around me.......
Here's my quote to go with yours...
Destiny is not a matter of chance, it is a matter of choice. It is not a thing to be waited for; it is a thing to be achieved.

Cool picture and GREAT quote. So true.

Lisa .... yay, you are first. I thought the quote was wonderful. I get quotes sent to me daily via some website I signed up for. Usually they are crap ... this one was beautiful.

Connie ... I think most of us will get there some day. Hopefully, some of us are already there.

Jenn ... I never really noticed that stick in the middle, but you are right ... it does sort of look like a headless lochness monster :-)

Neo ... maybe Jenn's Loch Ness monster will find your keys :-)

Friday's Child ... your quote is great, too.

Phil ... yes, I did take that photo. It is on the Murray River (which borders Victoria and New South Wales) last June, when we were camping (in the middle of winter ... it sure was cold, but beautiful none-the-less). Glad you enjoyed the tag. They are fun to do, and fun to read.

Momyblogr ... thank you. I thought it fit in with many people's lives at the moment.

True Blue Guy ... hope you can find your way back.

Thanks everyone, have a great weekend, take care, Meow

Great picture. Is that some sort of sea monster sticking it's head out of the water?

Hi Meow! Thanks so much for your sweet comments on my site. You have a neat site here too. I love the button "Insanity Is Hereditary You Get It From Your Kids". My mom had an apron with that embroidered on it when we were kids and now a mommy myself I can really appreciate it.

I'll be back here again too. Have a great weekend groovy kitty! :)

Randi ... I have never actually come across any of her writing before - guess I'll have to "Google" her !!

Angel ... no, just a big stick !! I never really noticed it, until a few of you mentioned it. Guess I should pay more attention to my photos !!

Sar ... you are most welcome. Your site is great. Glad you came to visit mine.

Take care, everyone, and enjoy the remainder of your weekend.
