My Little Cactus ...
I have a little cactus,
It's really rather nice.
(Actually, it is really ugly !!)
It usually only flowers once,
This time it was twice !!!
(Except I missed photographing the first one !!)

Thanks, Jenn. The flowers are so beautiful, but only last the day. Next day they are limp and dead. The plant is scraggly and ugly, but I keep it for the brief glimpse once a year of that beautiful flower (or in this case, 2 beautiful flowers !!)

Susie, no it is not growing out of the wall LOL. It is in a pot on the ground, near the wall, and has become quite tall. The poem is pretty lame, I feel. Not one of my better ones !!!! I have written some pretty good (at least I think so) poetry in the past. Take care, Meow

I don't think it's ugly. In fact I find it gorgeous and lovely. What kind of cactus is it? Share me with the name? who knows we have that over here.
I'm about to go outside and take a photo of the ugly cactus without it's beautiful flower. Not a pretty sight. Don't actually know what it is, sorry. Got it as a cutting once. Take care, Meow
After waiting for quite some time for a beautiful flower to pop out of a plant, it can be really be frustrating to see it go limp the next day.
