From My Email ... NOAH'S ARK

The woodpecker might have to go!

Everything I need to know about life, I learned from Noah's Ark ...

One: Don't miss the boat.

Two: Remember that we are all in the same boat.

Three: Plan ahead. It wasn't raining when Noah built the Ark.

Four: Stay fit. When you're 600 years old, someone may ask you to do something really big.

Five: Don't listen to critics; just get on with the job that needs to be done.

Six: Build your future on high ground.

Seven: For safety's sake, travel in pairs.

Eight: Speed isn't always an advantage. The snails were on board with the cheetahs.

Nine: When you're stressed, float a while.

Ten: Remember, the Ark was built by amateurs; the Titanic by professionals.

Eleven: No matter the storm, there's always a rainbow waiting.

I hope everyone is having a wonderful week. It is nearly over (again) here in the land of Oz. It is 6.30ish Thursday night ... only one day left !! I'm about to go and sort out dinner, then have a night in front of the telly.

Take care, friends, and have a great day / night ...

I like #5. Don't think of what others may say just go ahead and do it.

Hi Meow, The movie I mentioned, "The Cats Meow" was not too bad, but no worldbeater, starred Kirsten Dunst & Edward Herrmann.
It dealt with a party of 14 people including Louella Pasrsons, Charlie Chaplin RW Hearst and his girlfriend, (the two stars) spending a weekend aboard Hearst's yatch in 1924.
There is some intrigue and a murder, which Hearst because of his power and wealth is able to cover up.
Some very catchy old time music and probably deserved 3 stars?
I only chose it because the title reminded me of your blogsite afterall.
