Happy Thanksgiving & Have A Great Weekend

I just wanted to wish all of you who are celebrating it,
HAPPY THANKSGIVING.
(Ooops, just realised that it is actually TODAY ... I apologise if I am late ... we don't do Thanksgiving over here, so I wasn't sure of the date !!)

I hope you are able to share this day with all your loved ones, and have a wonderful time.

Don't eat too much (wouldn't be a turkey for quids, at this time of year !!).

Don't drink too much (or if you do, please don't get behind the wheel of a car).

Tomorrow is the end of the week, so ....

I still have a huge amount of typing to get through, and this weekend has a lot of stuff happening ... netball for Chicky on Saturday (with me as taxi-driver and cheer-squad), out to dinner on Saturday night with another 3 couples (I think I'm taxi-driver again ... bugger !!), Christmas party in the park for Hubby's work on Sunday (Santa will be there ... whoo-hoo!!). Somehow, I also need to sit at this computer and continue typing ... oh well, guess I won't be sleeping much ... tee-hee !!

Take care, everyone and ...

I'll be around and about, here and there, even if only lurking.

Hugs and best wishes to you all,

MEOW

Hello Connie,

What a nice and busy life you have at this time. What is netball? Sounds like something fun to do, I would imagine, eh?

Over here in the tropics, the weather is definitely chillier, a sure sign that Christmas is just around the corner :) Today, our office staff held discussions on when and where our christmas party will be held. Fun times ahead, soon. LOL

Have a great weekend and take care.

You are safe I think Meow, Thanksgiving is Thursday (that's our Friday) it should work out right, mind you probably no one in the US reads blogs on THE day anyway.

Hi Meow-Meow!

What a busy puss you are, but it's like that at this time of the year, isn't it?

I'm doing my bit by being taxi driver for grandkids while their mother is at work or has to be in two places at once! I enjoy it though, it adds to the general build up of excitement - and I still enjoy it!

Have a great weekend...

We're still recovering from eating far too much.

It's a wonderful occasion, even though neither of us celebrate it.

Had a great day and a really enjoyable meal, although vegetarian. The cheesecake was the best~ Will stop by more frequently this week, not as busy. D :)

Enid ... thank you. Netball is a ball game, similar but very different to basketball. It's played on the same sized court as basketball, with different markings. You aren't allowed to bounce the ball, or step whilst holding it. A very quick, fun game.

Peter ... thank you.

Connie ... thank you. Turkey, yummm !

Heidi ... thank you.

Puss-In-Boots ... thank you. Being a taxi-driver for kids is all about being a mum & grandmum, isn't it !!

Granny ... hope it was a wonderful day.

Jeanette ... thanks. YEs, dancing is over (although they have a photo session on Monday avo), and it is the last game of netball today (although they have made the finals, so a couple more weeks !!).

Brian ... thank you. I always have fun !!

Gattina ... thanks, I'll drop on by.

Daybyday ... thank you. Hope it was a good one.

Jean-luc ...have a great weekend.

Felinefrisky ... mmm, cheesecake !!

Take care, Meow

hi meow,

great to be back on the blogs. my computer was disabled by a tech who gave me wrong info. when i changed what she said, that was it for my computer. had to end up re-installing everything. the good news is i'm up and running again.

i love coming to your blog. it's so beautiful and so refreshing after being away for so long-so much excitement on that front page. *lol* i hope you're having an enjoyable weekend, even thru the busyness of it.

Gidday Meow,
Re Jack Palance, yep all the great ones are certainly leaving us. There's not many of them left. Can you name any?? Two that I can think of are:- Doris Day and Richard Widmark.
"Wouldn't be a turkey for quids" What's a quid?? (Hands up, pick me, I know). Lurking hey, gee they say I do a lot of that at work.

Stop by to have a look at our SNOW. It's absolutely beautiful and so much fun to play in - not so much fun to drive in, but then I don't have to go anywhere today! Cheers.
